General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online shop Raven Rags, operated by Mojtaba Salimi Yekta.

2. Products

Raven Rags specializes in vintage and second-hand clothing. All products are pre-owned unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of vintage and second-hand items, products may show minor signs of wear or age. Any significant defects, damage or noticeable signs of wear will be described in the respective product listing.

Product images are part of the product description. Slight differences in colour may occur depending on the customer's screen settings.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in the online shop are in EUR (€).

The available payment methods are shown during the checkout process. Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.

4. Order and Contract

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The purchase contract is concluded when Raven Rags confirms the order by email or accepts the order by shipping the goods.

Raven Rags reserves the right to cancel an order if an item is no longer available or if an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are stated on the website and may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.

Raven Rags is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Returns

If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the applicable 14-day period.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returned items should be in the same condition in which they were received. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights regarding the inspection and handling of the goods.

8. Statutory Warranty Rights

The statutory warranty rights applicable under German law remain unaffected.

For second-hand goods, the statutory limitation period for defects may be reduced to one year, provided this is legally agreed with the consumer and the relevant requirements are met.

This does not apply to claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, or to claims based on intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

9. Liability

Raven Rags is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by an intentional or negligent breach of duty.

For other damages, Raven Rags is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.
